Each year we conduct a Team Member engagement survey to ensure that the company has the right strategy in place to make Bernick’s a great employer. Of course, some of our most cherished comments come from our customers; “I was really impressed with your service team”, “I think it’s great that you have such wonderful employees”, and one of our all-time favorite customer comments is about a team of drivers who are often referred to as the ‘Singing Delivery Guys’. Not only do they whistle while they work, but they frequently sing while they deliver, belting out songs on the radio at our accounts for all to hear!
