At Bernick’s, our Team Members aren’t just here for a job, they are here for a rewarding career. Many of our employees have excelled in their careers over the years and have become integral members of our team. When you enjoy who you work with every day, it makes every aspect of your job better. Team Members who enjoy their work collaborate with one another and act with integrity and respect. At Bernick’s, our Team Members don’t just feel like a number, they feel like part of a family.

HRTheir Words, Not Ours

Each year we conduct a Team Member engagement survey to ensure that the company has the right strategy in place to make Bernick’s a great employer. One comment that resonates year after year is that Team Members feel like family. We frequently hear comments like, “it’s like family, I can always count on my team” , “I enjoy my coworkers and supervisors”,  “I feel comfortable going to anyone”,  “I trust the people I work with”, and “I love the history and the people of Bernick’s”. 

Of course, some of our most cherished comments come from our customers; “I was really impressed with your service team”,  “I think it’s great that you have such wonderful employees”, and one of our all-time favorite customer comments is about a team of drivers who are often referred to as the ‘Singing Delivery Guys’.  Not only do they whistle while they work, but they frequently sing while they deliver, belting out songs on the radio at our accounts for all to hear!

So the next time you’re drinking your favorite Bernick’s product, remember, it took a team of dedicated and hardworking people, committed to ‘Delivering the Fun’ to get it from our hands to yours.
